This Villa has its own private, south-facing, heated* swimming pool with terrace area facing the sea.
There is also an outside Pool shower for use after swimming; sunbeds, umbrellas and pool towels are provided.
There are three spacious bedrooms and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom as well as a private balcony facing the sea. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has twin beds. There is a comfortable lounge area with a large terrace area as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you may need to prepare your own meals. The Villa also has cable television, free Wi-Fi internet access, and a large barbecue area.
The property is made of two residences. The large residence as shown in the photos and a smaller top floor residence where the owners reside. The owner’s access is completely separate from the Villa, which is the rental property and has hardly any impact on the rest of the property except for a balcony that overlooks the front.
* Please note that there is additional fee of €12 Euros per night for the heated pool if the pool heating is required.
